We buy green beans from green coffee brokers who buy the beans
from the actual growers.  
Varieties of Beans
We offer many varieties of beans; regular, decaf and half & half (half regular and half decaf).
Below is a list of some of the beans we have in stock.  After the decaf, they are listed from mildest
to bold.  To find out more about a particular type of coffee bean listed, click on the name.
Varieties of Roasts
Some folks prefer an extremely light roast (the color of cinnamon)
while others prefer a dark, nearly burned style.  And there are many
different roasts in between these two extremes.
With the exception of the Guatemala Organic,
we roast our beans medium dark.
Below are some examples of roasts and their common names:
Cinnamon ~ Very Light Brown
New England ~ Moderately Light Brown
American ~ Medium Brown
Viennese ~ Medium Dark
Espresso ~ Moderately Dark
French ~ Dark
Italian ~ Very Dark
Dark French ~ Very Dark (nearly black)
